1.  Joe Haynes is the best real estate agent I have ever worked with and the only agent that I have ever recommended to friends for their needs.  He is a true expert at working with military service members.

2.  In the last 20 years of military service, I have lived in 10 States around the Country.  During these moves, I have had the opportunity to work with over 20 real estate agents.  Joe is the best agent that I have ever worked with or observed.  To date, he has also worked with two of my close personal friends with extraordinary results.

 I would like to strongly recommend Joe Haynes as your Real Estate Professional!  Joe is a consummate professional who always keep the interest of the client in mind.

We were stationed in Hawaii when I received PCS orders to MacDill AFB. Being so far away from the Tampa area, we had to rely on the internet for our home search. It was our good fortune that we found Joe's website. After a few emails, he completely understood our needs and preferences and set up our own personal client web page to help us pinpoint a search for a home that would be our perfect fit. I can´t express how helpful it was to have him there to answer questions for us about the area, the neighborhoods, and guide us through the whole overwhelming process. Most of all we appreciated his honesty and advice as he provided us answers we could have never found on the internet. He offered professional expertise as well as home-grown wisdom, and that was invaluable to us.
